President & Owner
Fred began his machinist career in Los Angeles, California in 1967 with Rowell MFG Inc. At that facility, he gained invaluable knowledge of tooling, materials, quoting, and set ups while also receiving comprehensive training in milling, grinders, lathes, and drilling machines. Fred’s passion for invention and creation led him to eventually found his own manufacturing company in 1992, Heldoorn Manufacturing, located in North Texas. As President and CEO, Fred is proud to go above and beyond for each of his clients, and that virtue is evident in every aspect of his work and interactions. From inventing, creating, and developing designs to spearheading projects that require out-of-the-box thinking, there’s no one better than Fred. When not at work, you can find him spending time with his wife and grandchildren at sporting events, lakes, and beaches.
Programmer/Quality Lead
As a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator with a strong focus on quality control, I take full ownership of the machining process—from interpreting technical drawings and programming CNC machines to overseeing the precision and quality of each finished part. I specialize in creating and optimizing CNC programs using industry-standard CAD/CAM software, setting up and operating milling and turning machines, and performing in-depth inspections to ensure every component meets or exceeds specifications.
Production Manager
Steven Eitel is the Production Manager at Heldoorn Manufacturing. He has been a team member since 2011 with over 32 years’ experience in the machine shop and aerospace industry. Steve runs the production floor at Heldoorn with precision and accuracy to uphold both the safety of all production associates and the quality of all products produced.
Quality Manager
Cynthia Jackson has been with Heldoorn Manufacturing since 2018. She came on board as our Human Resources and Front Office Manager with 20+ years experience in both fields. In 2021, she expanded her role to include the quality department after receiving her certifications from Isometrix in Managing the QMS, AS9100D Comprehension and Effective Root Cause & Corrective Action. Today, Cynthia serves as Heldoorn’s Quality Manager. Her vision for the company is continued improvement in Quality, Production, and Customer retention, ensuring company growth for the future.
